Celebrate your next occasion at Arcadia Farms! From the gorgeously appointed hacienda-style décor, to the innovative and fresh menus and wines, our private dining rooms are a unique and friendly venue.

Arcadia Farms offers 3 private dining rooms for groups, special occasions, and private cooking classes. Brunch meetings, bridesmaid luncheons, birthday & anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, micro-wedding receptions, and post-wedding brunches come alive in the casual elegance of our private dining rooms. Our menus highlight seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients and are complimented by our signature in-house desserts!

  • Maximum party size in single room is 27 guests. Multiple rooms may be used for larger gatherings.

Exclusive evening events & dinners

Celebrate the everyday with family and friends while enjoying American regional and French-inspired dishes that have been crafted with care. Find your place in our beautifully appointed private dining rooms, sip on local craft beers & fine wines, toast with champagne and indulge with our signature desserts.  Our private dining rooms provide an inviting backdrop for rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, holiday events and receptions.

Available for exclusive evening bookings, seven days a week, beginning at 6:00pm. Dinner menus start at $75 per person.

Enjoy an afternoon of tea with friends & family in our Tea Rooms, located just across the street from our main Café. Our tea service provides a relaxing experience to indulge in housemade pastries, petite sandwiches and English teas.

Reservation & Confirmation Policies

CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT

  • A completed credit card authorization form is required to confirm reservation of private dining venues.

  • Non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. If event is cancelled without 72 hours advance notice, a $150 fee will be charged to account on file.

Guest Count

  • A guaranteed guest count is required 1 week prior to event date.

  • Client agrees to pay for confirmed number of guests as stipulated, unless guest count is more than confirmed number.

  • If guest count falls below confirmed number, client will be charged for confirmed guest count or selected room minimum (whichever is greater), plus applicable taxes and service fees.

  • In the event that the guest count falls below the room minimum, the difference will be billed as a room/facility rental fee. Entrées will not be packed up for carryout for those that did not attend event.

Menu Selection

  • Take some time to review our private dining menu offerings. Menu selections will be required at least 2 weeks prior to event date. If a menu is not confirmed, the selection will be chef’s choice.

Balance Payment

  • Balance of all invoices to be paid at the conclusion of event.

Pricing

  • Per person prices vary based on daytime / evening events* (*food & beverage minimums) and final menu selection.

  • Per person prices do not include tax, staffing or service fees or rental items.

  • Prices include facility charges for exclusive use of Private Dining Rooms (La Cava, La Mariposa, La Estancia).

Fees

  • Tax rate is 8.05%

  • Service fee is 22% of food & beverage only

  • Staffing fee is $80 for groups up to 17 guests. $160 staffing fee for groups of 18 to 24. Staffing fees for exclusive evening bookings will be assessed at time of proposal.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Capture the moments of your special event. Our favorite photography studio is just around the corner.

Room Décor

We welcome decorations to enhance the theme of your celebration. We do ask that items not be nailed or tacked into walls, and please, no confetti.

While the dining rooms are lovely as-is, you are welcome to bring in linen napkins, table runners & cloths, chargers, etc. Client-provided room decor must be dropped off at least 1 week prior to scheduled event. Please confirm with our catering manager a convenient time and date to deliver your decor. Otherwise, our team will set the room with place settings available to us.

Existing artworks and furniture pieces may not be removed.

Valet Parking

Valet service from car to door is available on Friday through Sunday ($3 service fee per vehicle, gratuity is additional). Weekday valet service upon request, subject to availability.

Menu Customization

Our Chef and kitchen team have created diverse menus options that compliment the region, dining rooms, and provide ease of service for a streamlined and enjoyable dining occasion. There are a variety of options to choose from that we hope will satisfy a wide range of palates. Menu format, options and pricing are firm.

Food Allergies

We will do our best to work within dietary requests that you or your guests may have. We cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during preparation.

Wine & Beer

Our wine, beer and champagne cocktail list may be made available to your group and purchased by-the-bottle for enjoyment in-room. Additional beverages may be purchased throughout the duration of your event. Wine & beer will be billed separately at the end of your function.

Each of our dining rooms may be pre-set with a “Bubble Bar” station, outfitted with an assortment of juices and garnishes, upon request. For a station set with champagne, bottles may be pre-ordered and chilled for enjoyment throughout your event. Pricing is $9 per 187ml bottle.

Cake

We have a bakery on-site that creates beautiful and delicious cakes & pastries to suit any occasion. No outside cakes are permitted. Customization requests of our signature cakes are politely declined.

Table Arrangement

Tables will be arranged to accommodate final guest count in each of our dining rooms. No furniture is to be removed or replaced.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

No outside food or beverage is permitted on site.
