MEATBALL WORK SHOPPE
Enjoy this fun and casual lunch with Ellen Straine. This 2 hour workshop includes a demonstration of meatballs from around the world, including lamb & pine nut with mint sauce, pork & prawn lettuce wrap with Vietnamese sauce, salmon with lemon aioli, arancini with marinara, Italian meatballs with polenta, falafel and tzatziki (vegetarian), and cake balls for dessert!
Listen & learn while enjoying a variety of foods in the round along with wine samplings! Our instructor, Ellen, will walk you through the steps of creating unique, savory and delicious meatballs by hand. Advanced tickets required.

Ellen has been a food stylist since 1993. She grows vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her backyard gardens that often appear in her work. Using her experience and culinary creativity, she has styled food for advertising, cookbooks, menus, magazines, billboards, television, social media, and packaging. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Jeff and their seven rescue dogs: Tootsie, Sparky, Stinkerbelle, Buddy, Wrigley, Angus, and Ozzy.
