We invite you to an exciting evening event led by food stylist, Ellen Straine. Enjoy a cooking demonstration of Italian appetizers that make for easy entertaining, including Sautéed Mushroom and Taleggio Flatbread, Bresaola Parmesan Salad, Arancini, Eggplant Rollatini, Crab & Pine Nut Lasagne, and Coffee Panna Cotta. Try them all while sipping on Italian wines. Advanced ticket purchase required.

Classes are 2 hours, and will be held in our Marketplace; wine reception from 5:30PM-6:00PM; cooking demonstration and tasting 6:00PM-7:30PM

Ellen has been a food stylist since 1993. She grows vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her backyard gardens that often appear in her work. Using her experience and culinary creativity, she has styled food for advertising, cookbooks, menus, magazines, billboards, television, social media, and packaging. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Jeff and their seven rescue dogs: Tootsie, Sparky, Stinkerbelle, Buddy, Wrigley, Angus, and Ozzy.
